Hello. I'm Frank Weber and it's my job to source office spaces for an international company. Since I have to plan for the future, many of the spaces I rent are still in the construction stage. When I was a rookie at the job, I was easily swayed by glossy brochures and sales talk. These days, I go out to the construction sites and chat with the contractors. That's the best way for me to ensure that a building will suit our needs. I still read glossy brochures, but I also read an awful lot of construction blogs to make sure that I know about the latest developments in building design.
